I use Clip Studio Paint for all of my digital work. I have a MacBook Air and use a wacom one with it!
note: many of these are only on the csp asset store and may not be downloadable for other programs!

paid Brushes:

• theCecil Brushes (my only paid brushes. just pick a pack that includes brushes that suit you! I'm pretty sure they're all the same but just in case mines the one with the Silverash and Platinum psds!)

Free brushes and assets(pretty much all of my stuff):
